Criticism
/!\ This volume is my favorite book of all the times, so I’m really not objective, especially on my note (Oupsy ! For my defense in reality it doesn’t exist but in maths it does !) ahah /!\
To start with, what could I say except that this volume is just exceptional and amazing. The story is one more time surprising, we don’t expect what is going to happen. For me this volume is the book of surprise. The story takes place in another city or may I say in another cities, we are introduced to new characters, we encounter some old ones again (honestly I thought that some characters weren’t in the other volumes)… The setting change isn’t disturbing, on the contrary, it allows us to travel and discover new places and gives suspense to the novel. The psychological part is still present in the book but this time it not only comes from Eden and this is for me a very good point, because it’s not only her who changes it’s everyone. Moreover, even if there are some sad moments this book is really joyful, and moving because many emotions are delivered by the characters AND the situations. However, at the end we are pacified thanks to all the characters and above all thanks to Eden, Tyler and their rise.
Concerning the characters, during the book’s reading we can see a big evolution of them since their 16 years old, and it’s just beautiful to see what they become and to see that now they are really happy and radiant. We can only be proud of Eden and Tyler and of how far they had come. For this volume I think that Tyler’s wisdom and maturity beat us from far away, it’s really impressive. Concerning Eden we can notice an evolution too : she’s more confident and she knows what she wants. It’s very cool to see her like that because it’s what we wanted since the beginning. She opened up like a blossom (I hope you understood my metaphor because it was difficult to “translate” in English).
Final conclusion
Best trilogy of my life (moving, suspenseful, original for a romance...) !!!
So are you going to read it ?
Other information
I just discovered that but Estelle Maskame has a website and on it you can find some playlists for each book, made by her.
Here is the link (like for the song, you have to click on the colored word)!!!
The song
Rewrite the stars, Zac Effron and Zendaya, because the song (except the lasts lyrics) is for me a summary of Tyler and Eden’s story.
My note : 22/10
Characters : 5/2 My taste: 8/2
Story; 6/4 Originality: 3/2
